Day-of Coordination Package B
Regular Price: $2,300 + HST
We ensure your wedding day runs smoothly by discreetly managing the timeline and coordinating all key details, allowing you and your bridal party to fully enjoy every moment.
Package Includes:
Ceremony & Reception Coordination

Oversee setup of ceremony and reception areas

Supervise vendor arrivals and deliveries (Florist, Baker, DJ, and other vendors)

Organize and cue the bridal party for the ceremony processional

Greet late-arriving guests and direct them to available seating

Move personal items from the ceremony site to the reception area

Confirm table numbers, seating arrangements, and chair placement

Arrange guest book, gift table, escort cards, guest cards, and wedding favors

Organize and cue the bridal party for the grand entrance

Cue the MC, bride, groom, and key participants for scheduled events and speeches

Collect personal items at the end of the evening and ensure family members take them home

Travel & Service Area
Services are available throughout Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Brampton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Burlington, Milton, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the GTA.

Delivery to a Workplace
Please let us know if the destination is a workplace so we can deliver before closing (typically by 5:00 PM). This helps us ensure the flowers arrive during office hours and avoids any inconvenience for the recipient.
Delivery to a Home
We’ll ring the doorbell or call the recipient upon arrival.
If no one is home, we’ll place the flowers in a safe, weather-protected spot, take a photo, and notify the recipient right away.
Delivery to a Condo or Apartment
If there’s a front desk or concierge, we’ll leave the flowers there.
To keep things smooth, please include the buzzer code or any access instructions with your order.
Delivery for a Funeral
Please provide the time of the service. Depending on the location and schedule, we’ll deliver either the day before or the morning of the funeral to ensure timely arrival.
For distant locations, we deliver the day prior.
Delivery to a Funeral Viewing
Please share the viewing time. Based on distance and timing, we’ll deliver either the day before or early on the day of the viewing.
Seasonal Availability
Due to seasonal availability, some flowers pictured may occasionally be substituted with similar blooms of equal or greater value. Our design team will always ensure that the overall style, colour palette, and aesthetic remain as close as possible to the original design.
