Please let us know if the destination is a workplace so we can deliver before closing (typically by 5:00 PM). This helps us ensure the flowers arrive during office hours and avoids any inconvenience for the recipient.

We’ll ring the doorbell or call the recipient upon arrival.

If no one is home, we’ll place the flowers in a safe, weather-protected spot, take a photo, and notify the recipient right away.

If there’s a front desk or concierge, we’ll leave the flowers there.

To keep things smooth, please include the buzzer code or any access instructions with your order.

Please provide the time of the service. Depending on the location and schedule, we’ll deliver either the day before or the morning of the funeral to ensure timely arrival.

For distant locations, we deliver the day prior.

Please share the viewing time. Based on distance and timing, we’ll deliver either the day before or early on the day of the viewing.
