Refund and Return Policy – Blooming One

At Blooming One, we pride ourselves on offering bespoke floral designs and decor tailored to each customer’s unique vision. Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products, as well as the preparation and commitment required for events and weddings, we kindly ask all customers to review the following policy carefully before placing an order:


General Orders (Floral Arrangements, Gifts, Seasonal Products):

  • All Sales Are Final: Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted.

  • Custom and Perishable Nature: Our floral arrangements are perishable and often custom-made. This makes returns and refunds impractical and, in most cases, impossible. We prepare your flowers fresh, and reserve stock, time, and labor for your specific order.

  • Changes to Orders: We will try our best to accommodate minor changes to your order (such as a card message or delivery time) if notified within 2 hours of placing the order. However, we cannot guarantee changes once floral processing has begun.


Wedding & Event Bookings:

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits made for wedding floral decor, rentals, or event services are considered non-refundable retainers. These secure your date and allow us to begin preparations, including sourcing flowers and materials, scheduling labor, and turning down other bookings for your time slot.

  • Cancellations: If your wedding or event is cancelled after the deposit is made, the deposit will not be returned under any circumstances. This policy is strictly upheld due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of floral event preparation.

  • Final Payments: Remaining balances for wedding and event services must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks before the event date. Once full payment is received, the entire booking becomes final and non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries:

  • If you believe your order was delivered incorrectly or arrived in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We may offer a replacement or partial credit at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.

  • Blooming One reserves the right to assess each case individually. Due to the natural variation in flowers and seasonal availability, exact replicas of reference photos may not always be possible.

退款与退货政策 – Blooming One

在 Blooming One,我们为每一位顾客量身定制花艺作品,并用心打造每一场婚礼与活动布置。由于鲜花产品具有时效性、定制性,以及我们对每个订单所投入的准备工作和资源,特此说明以下政策:


一般订单(花束、礼盒、节日商品等):

  • 订单一经确认,恕不接受取消、退货或退款。

  • 定制和易腐性质:我们的所有花艺产品为鲜花制成,具有时效性与定制性,因此无法退回或二次销售。我们收到订单后会立即预留花材并安排制作。

  • 订单修改:若您在下单后2小时内提出修改(如卡片信息、送达时间等),我们会尽力协助调整。但若已进入制作流程,则无法更改。


婚礼与活动类订单:

  • 订金不退:所有婚礼及活动相关的订金为不可退还的定金(non-refundable retainer)。这笔费用用于锁定您的日期并启动前期准备,包括订购花材、布置道具、安排人员等。

  • 取消政策:若您在支付订金后取消婚礼或活动,定金将不予退还,无论取消原因为何。我们为您保留的时间和资源,无法转让他人。

  • 尾款支付:婚礼及活动类订单须在活动日期前不少于14天支付全部尾款。一旦尾款支付完成,整个订单即为最终确认,不接受退款


配送问题与异常订单:

  • 若您认为收到的花束出现问题(如严重损坏、花材错误等),请您在收到后6小时内与我们联系,并附上清晰照片与问题说明。我们将视情况决定是否提供部分补偿或更换。

  • Blooming One 将根据实际情况评估是否属于可接受范围内的自然差异。由于花材为天然产品,颜色与外观可能略有不同,敬请理解。
